THE GENTRY

The Gentry, is a 180 unit cooperative building located in the heart of Tuckahoe, NY. The building is located within steps of the Tuckahoe Metro North Train Station, a short commute to NYC.

LAUNDRY ON EVERY FLOOR

Each floor is equipped with a front-load washer and dryer. Laundry cards required to operate.

Our laundry card machine is located near the superintendent's office. 

WESTVIEW LAWN

Need to get out of apartment for some fresh air, but do not want to go far? Take advantage of the beautiful lawn over by Westview entrance.

ONSITE PARKING

The Gentry offers on-site parking for residents. Each unit in the building is allotted one spot. Our lot features both covered and uncovered spots. All parking issues are managed by the building's superintendent.

BIKE STORAGE

Tired of tracking in all that dirt and mud in to your apartment from your ride along the Bronx River Bike Path? Makes some space for a reasonable fee.*
